HRANA News Agency – Saeid Mahin Ara, Tehrani citizen, who was arrested in the teachers’ gathering in front of the Islamic Parliament, is held in ward 10 of Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj, along with ordinary prisoners.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Saeid Mahin Ara, Tehrani citizen, was arrested in teachers’ protest in front of the Islamic Parliament, on Sunday 1st March, and was transferred to Vozara detention.
An informed source in this regard, told HRANA’s reporter: “Saeid Mahin Ara was in Vozara detention for 48 hours, but apparently he has been interrogated by Intelligence Service agents.”
He was transferred to branch 6 of the Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Naseri, and then on a bail of 50 million Tomans, was transferred to Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj, and eventually, on Wednesday 4th March, he was transferred to ward 10 of this prison.
Saeid Mahin Ara protested against being held along with ordinary prisoners in Rajai Shahr prison and by a letter that was sent to HRANA, he says:
The biggest argument against the Islamic Republic justice system is arresting someone just because of defending other people’s rights and keeping him in a prison, where most of the prisoners are there on charge of violating other people’s rights.
I do not expect justice from the judicial system of Islamic Republic, because expecting justice from such a negligence system is stupidity, but I expected to be held in the same ward as my like-minded prisoners, not among a group of thugs, drug dealers and murderers.
In the hope that one day Iranians would rule Iran.
