Alireza Rasooli Faces New Charges in the Prison of Mahabad

HRANA News Agency – The authorities of Mahabad prison have rejected “punishment intolerance” order for Alireza Rasooli, political prisoner, along with opening a new case against him.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Alireza Rasooli was recently charged with gathering and collusion against national security in Branch 2 of Mahabad court by the persecutor, Zaheri. Afghani Citizen Imprisoned for Insulting the Supreme Leader

HRANA New Agency – A young Afghani man, identified as “Saifullah Noori”, who had been arrested on charges of insulting the Leadership and insulting the Islamic Republic’s founder, was transferred to ward 8 of Evin prison.

Abbas Lesani Arrested in Ardabil

HRANA News Agency – Abbas Lesani, civil activist from Ardabil province was detained to endure his one year imprisonment sentence.

Asadollah Asadi Summoned to Return to Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Asadollah Asadi, who is on medical furlough, has been ordered to present himself in the coming days to Evin prison, while he suffers from serious physical and psychological problems and his return to prison has caused concerns.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), a person close to the detainee has said that he is currently following his treatment, outside the prison, and his returning to the prison without completing his treatment can cause irreversible problems for him. 3 Civil Activists Released on the Bail from Tabriz Prison

HRANA News Agency – Rasoul Razavi, one of the detainees of the “Quds Day” was released on the bail from Tabriz Central Prison. Hossein Rakhshani kia and Sevindik Lotfi, had been released over the past days.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), these activists were released temporarily, on a bail of 50 million Tomans, while they had been charged with “propaganda against the regime” and, “disturbing public opinion” by the Court Branch 19, presided by Judge Samadi, in Tabriz. Jafar Rostami Rad Arrested in Astara

HRANA News Agency – Jafar Rostami Rad, civil activist, was arrested in the morning of 14th July, by the border intelligence agents in city of Astara and after primary interrogation was transferred to the Revolutionary Court in this city.

Tabriz Judiciary Aimed to Seize Taha Kermani’s Bail before End of Investigations

HRANA News Agency – Following the objection by guarantor of Taha Kermani, civil rights activist, in Tabriz, claiming that collateral seizure before end of the trial process is illegal, based on a warrant that was issued by Branch 105 of the General Crime Court in Tabriz city, his objection was rejected and seizure order procedure was approved by the court.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), seizure permission has been issued, while trial proceedings are still continuing to address some of the charges of this civil activist and the court, regardless of lawyer’s objection, before a full investigation of the case and before a final and binding decision, has ordered to seize the collateral. Four Detained Civil Activists Transferred to Central Prison of Tabriz

HRANA News Agency – Four civil rights activists in Tabriz, who were arrested by the security forces on Friday on the “Quds Day” protests, were transferred to the Tabriz Central Prison, after a bail with the amount of 50 million Tomans was determined for each of them.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on Sunday 12th July, Rasoul Razavi, Hossein Rakhshani Kia, and Sevindik Lotfi were transferred to the quarantine of Tabriz Central Prison and so far there is no information on the identity of the fourth person. At Least 4 Civilians Have Been Arrested in Tabriz

HRANA News Agency – At least four people were arrested on Qods day’s rally, in Tabriz by the security forces. The arrestee’s names are Rasoul Razavi, Hossain Rakhshanikia and Sevindik Lotfi and the identity of the other one is unknown.

Faegh Chireh Sentenced to 2 Years of Imprisonment
