Violent Clashed Between the Civilians and Police in Asaluyeh

HRANA News Agency – Following the death of a sailor because of being suspicious of unloading smuggled goods by the police, a group of protesters by attacking a police vehicle burned it in front of Dakhl Taqi hospital in Asaluyeh and clashed with security forces during which several other civilians were wounded. Bushehr province police chief says the situation is under control.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on July 6, a young sailor named “Khalil Bagheri” was killed by Police in Bushehr. A group of angry people saw the incident and clashed with the police in front of the hospital in Asaluyeh during which a number of civilians were wounded, at least one police car was set on fire. 2 Kulbars Killed by the Border Guards

HRANA News Agency – Two Kulbars with the names of Borhan Alam Holou and Mostafa Mehrpoor were killed by border patrol in Chaldoran border and three others were severely injured.

Jafar Azimzadeh Ended His Hunger Strike after 64 Days

HRANA News Agency – Jafar Azimzadeh, jailed trade unionist was sent to furlough by end of his hunger strike and promised an investigation into the case, after 64 days of hunger strike on June 30. Probably the labor activist will be admitted in another hospital due to his physical condition’s deterioration by his family’s decision.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Jafar Azimzadeh ended his hunger strike at 8 PM on Thursday, June 30, 2016, by adopting a retrial and impartial investigation of the case and extendable furlough and was released from the hospital by family. Behnam Ebrahimzadeh Begins the 7th Year in the Prison

HRANA News Agency – June 11 was the anniversary of the arrest of Behnam (Asad) Ebrahimzadeh, imprisoned labor activist in Rajai Shahr prison and he has begun his seventh year in prison. His initial verdict has ended long ago and he is now serving a sentence to which he was sentenced in the prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), while Behnam Ebrahimzadeh’s sentence of 5 years was finished on August 1, 2015, Tehran Appeals Court sentenced him to 7 years, 10 months and 15 days in prison and 4our hundred and fifty thousand Tomans, by reducing the sentence of nine years and 6 months in prison. He is charged with “gathering and colluding to commit crimes against internal and external security” and propaganda against the regime.
