HRANA News Agency – Nader Dastanpour from Tehran died in police custody as a result of the consequences of being beating during his detention including brain damage and not being transferred to the hospital. On June 23, he was arrested and a day after the detention it was announced that he had died.

Article 134 Won’t Be Applied to Mahdi and Hussein Rajabian
HRANA News Agency – The two imprisoned artist brothers, Mahdi and Hussein Rajabian were informed that article 134 which would reduce the amount of their imprisonment and the fine will not be applied for them.

Ayoub Asadi and Shahram Pour Mansouri Ended Their Hunger Strikes
HRANA News Agency – On July 4, Ayoub Asadi ended his hunger strike on its 29th day in Kashmar by his family’s insistence as well as Shahram Pour Mansouri on the 26th day of his hunger strike by threats and promises of authorities in Rajaee Shahr Prison.

A Report about Amir Hossein Seirafi’s Situation in Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – Amir Hossien (Iman) Seirafi was arrested in 2013 and was held in solitary confinement in ward 209 of Evin prison for more than a month. A year later he was sentenced to 7 years in prison and 3 years of probation on charge of “communicating with enemy states” by Branch 15 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court by Judge Salvati.

A Report about the Situation of Pourmansouri Family
HRANA News Agency – Pourmansouri family were part of a group of 18 who were incidentally involved in hijacking an airplane without prior notice, the goal of which was simply getting rid of poverty, unemployment and economic problems after the Iran-Iraq war. After 16 years, these families still face the consequences and some of their children are still in prison including “Shahram Pourmansouri”, who was 16 years old at that time.
