Prison Guards Broke the Arm of a Prisoner of Rajai Shahr Prison
HRANA News Agency – On June 14, Mahmoud Naji, security prisoner in ward 2 (Daralqran) of Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj in the wake of refusing to go to the court due to considering the Court of Justice as “unfair”, was transferred to a military court while being beaten and the guards broke his right arm.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), On June 14, Mahmoud Naji, security prisoner in ward 2 (Daralqran) of Rajae Shahr prison in Karaj who refused to go to the court due to considering the Court of Justice as “unfair”, was severely beaten and sent to Branch 390 of the military court by the prison authorities, including the responsible for shift, Mr. Zanganeh, the guard Mr. Khanjani, despite the presence of Mr. Mehdifar, chief of the ward two known as Daralqran and the cleric and head of ward 2, Mr. Mohaghagh. A Report about the Latest Status of Daneshpour Family in Prison
HRANA News Agency – Mohsen Daneshpour, Motahareh Bahrami (parents), Ahmad Daneshpour and Reyhaneh Haj Ebrahim Dabagh (son and daughter in law) along with Hadi Ghaemi were arrested on December 28, 2009 as the security forces raided their houses and on January 16, 2010 were tried and sentenced to death within a month by judge Salavati court without a lawyer.

5 Prisoners on Hunger Strike in Different Prisons
HRANA News Agency – The hunger strike of 5 political prisoners, namely Ehsan Mazandarani, Jafar Aimzadeh, Mohammad Abdullahi, Shahram Poormansouri and Ayoub Asadzadeh still goes on. The physical condition of some of them, including Ehsan Mazandarani, Rasoul Razavi and Jafar Azimzadeh, is reported to be critical.

Sakhi Rigi Beginning the 8th Year of Imprisonment in Exile
HRANA News Agency – Sakhi Rigi, Baluch blogger and political activist who has been exiled to Ahvaz Prison, is on the verge of the 8th year in prison. He has been sentenced to 20 years in prison on charge of spreading lies and acts against the national security in 2009. This sentence is one of the heaviest sentences that has been issued for bloggers in Iran.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Sakhi Rigi was arrested on June 18, 2009 in Zahedan city when he was 31 years old. He was tried with allegations like spreading lies and acting against the national security but the details of the court session have never been published. Ayoub Asadi on the 13th Day of Hunger Strike in Kashmar
HRANA News Agency – Ayoub Asadi, political prisoner who is ill and exiled in Kashmar, is on the 13th day of his hunger strike to protest against the lack of medical care and medical leave, as well as the unfair sentence of 20 years imprisonment.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Ayoub Asadi, exiled political prisoner in Kashmar, who suffers from asthma, lumbar disc and intestinal problems, has gone on hunger strike since 13 days ago, to protest against the lack of medical care for his diseases and medical leave, and the unfair sentence of 20 years imprisonment.
A close source to Asadi family by announcing this news in an interview told HRANA: “Earlier, the prosecutor of Kashmar had told Asadi family that he would send Ayoub on leave if they could provide a bail but when it was prepared and deposited, this family even was not been allowed to the prosecutor’s office.”
This informed source about the charges against Mr. Asadi and his protest to the “unfair” verdict said: “Ayoub is someone who was not affiliated with any parties. He used to work with his car as a taxi. Five years ago, several people asked him to take them to an address for a large amount of money, then all of them were arrested and he was tried along with them and was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment.”
At the end, the source said: “So far, there has not been any treatment for Ayoub’s diseases. While all other defendants of this case have gone on leave, he has not been sent to leave yet. Now, despite his illness and after 13 days of hunger strike, the authorities still have not taken any action.”
HRANA had reported earlier that, Ayoub Asadi has been deprived of family visit over the past two years due to the long distance and his family and his repeated requests for being moved to Kurdistan province have been ineffective.
Ayoub Asadi who has already spent five years of his sentence in prison of Kashmar, had been arrested in one of the villages of Sanandaj by the Revolutionary Guards in 2011. He was charged with Muharebeh through communication and cooperation with the Kurdish opposition parties.
This citizen from Kamyaran, after one year of detention, in August 2012 was tried by Branch One of the Revolutionary Court in Sanandaj and was sentenced to twenty years imprisonment and exile to Kashmar.
This prisoner spent some time in prison in Sanandaj and then was deported to Kashmar prison.
Saeed Malek Pour Serving the 8th Year in Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – June 4 was Saeed Malek Pour’s birthday, imprisoned for alleged cybercrimes in Evin prison. The graduate of Sharif University of Technology as one of the prominent victims of cyber proselytizing activities of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards have served 320 days of his imprisonment in solitary confinement with torture and ill-treatment. Maryam Malek Pour, sister of the victim who has been sentenced to life imprisonment, says that Iranian authorities have not responded to any of the letters and requests of Saeed or his mother.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Saeed Malek Pour was arrested in 2008 in Tehran and was alleged by the Islamic Republic of Iran’s cyber army of managing the Persian pornography websites. Propaganda against the regime, blasphemy, insulting the Supreme Leader, insulting the president, relationship with the opposition groups and corruption on the earth, were other charges of Saeed Malek Pour, and he was sentenced to death and 7 and a half years imprisonment by Branch 28 of Islamic Revolutionary Court. This verdict was upheld in 2011 by the Supreme Court and was sent for execution on February 16, 2012, but it was later commuted to the life imprisonment by a degree of reduction.
