2 Bahais’ work places are shut down

HRANA News Agency – The business places of two Bahai citizens named Saman Badiee and Ashkan Badiee were sealed in Karaj.

A Bahai citizen returned to prison by the end of medical furlough

HRANA News Agency – Amanollah Mostaghim, the fellow member of Bahai institute of science, returned to Rajaei Shahr prison after his medical furlough was not extended.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Amanollah Mostaghim, returned to Rajaei Shahr prison on Monday, February 10 by the end of his medical furlough.

 

He had spent the last month in medical centers outside of prison and then was sent to a 7 days medical furlough. By finishing his 7 days, and authority’s refusal for extending the furlough, he returned to prison without any change in his condition.

 

This prisoner of conscientious has received the punishment intolerance bill from coroner but his temporary release requested was not granted.

 

An informed source said to HRANA’s reporter: “Amanollah Mostaghim is suffering from severe blood heart vessels cramp, and physicians said there is nothing that could be done, therefore to continue to keep him in prison is dangerous.”

 

This Bahaei citizen, from Shiraz, has been arrested for passing his 5 years in prison sentence.

 

As a reminder, the Bahai institute of science had been established in 1988 and few years after the events called cultural revolution that caused the expel of Bahai students and dissidences from universities. The objective of this institute was continuing the education of Bahai students.

Sunni prisoners’ families gathered in front of Rohani’s office

HRANA News Agency – 25 members of Sunni prisoners’ families, who are sentenced to death, gathered in front of the presidential palace to meet with Ali Younesi.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), 25 family members of Sunni prisoners who have been sentenced to death and are kept in Rajaei Shahr, Ghezelhesar and Evin prison, gathered in order to meet with Ali Younesi, the presidential assistant of ethnic and religious minorities, and follow their previous letters. 2 Sunni prisoners in critical health condition

HRANA News Agency – Hamed Ahmadi and Jamshid Dehghani who had finished their hunger strike after 75 days, have faced sever health and physical issues.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hamed Ahmadi and Jamshid Deghani who were on hunger strike for 75 days, from November 4 until January 18, in protest to their death sentences and violation their rights as prisoners, are in bad health condition after 1 month from breaking the strike. A Bahai student is fired from university

HRANA News Agency – Farshad Farzan, the student of Shahid Bahonar Faculty of Engineering in Shiraz is suspended from studying.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Farsha Farzan was accepted in faculty of Engineering in Business Accounting course of Shahid Beheshti university and after graduating with associate degree in January 2012, he was accepted in an undergraduate but after passing a semester, he has been suspended on 21 of January 2014. 4 Turkmen citizens are sentenced to prison

HRANA News Agency – The first branch of Gonbad Kavous Revolutionary court has sentenced 4 Sunnis from Turkmen minority to 69 months in prison, 3 million and 72 thousand Rials of surcharge and 2 lashes.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Daniel Babayani the son of Behnam, Habibollah Beygzadeh the son of Beyg Taghan, Nematollah Kami the son of Azim and Abdolnaser Khormali the son of Ibrahim had been arrested last September by the intelligence office of Golestan province. Supreme Court reviewing 16 Sunni prisoners’ cases

HRANA News Agency – The cases of at least 16 death row Sunni prisoners have been submitted for review by the Supreme Court.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the cases of Behrouz Shahnazari, Shahram Ahmadi, Kaveh Sharifi, Mamousta Kaveh Veysi, Taleb Maleki, Arash Sharifi, Mokhtar Rahimi, Idris Nemati, Mohammad yavar Rahimi, Mohammad Gharibi, Pouria Mohammadi, Bahman Rahimi, Alam Barmashti and three other Sunni prisoners sentenced to death, who requested anonymity, are sent for reviewing to Branch 32 of the Supreme Court. 9 Sunni prisoners were summoned by intelligence

HRANA News Agency – 9 Sunni prisoners of Rajaei Shahr prison of Karaj were summoned and interrogated by intelligence officers once more.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), 9 Sunni Kurdish prisoners of ward 10 of Rajaei Shahr prison with the names of Varia Amiri (sentenced to 10 years in prison), Varia Ghaderifard (Sentenced to death), Shahoo Ibrahimi (Sentenced to death), Amjad Salehi (unknown), Omid Payvand (unknown), Bahman Rahimi (Sentenced to death and Mohammad Yavar Rahimi (sentenced to death) were transferred to ward number 8 which is also known as IRGC ward and is controlled by intelligence agency and interrogated by an intelligence officer on Wednesday, February 29. Two Sunni prisoners are under extra pressure in Ghezel Hesar prison

HRANA News Agency – Seyed Hadi Hossaini and Seddigh Mohammadi, the Sunni prisoners of Ghezel Hesar prison are under the extra pressure by the authorities.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), after the transfer of Hamed Ahmadi, Kamal Moulayi, Jamshid Dehghani and Jahangir Dehghani to Rajaei Shahr prison following their 75 days hunger strike, two other prisoners with the name of Seddigh Mohammadi and Seyed Hadi Hossaini, are still kept in Ghezelhesar and authorities are putting extra pressure on them.
