Mohammad Mozafari Transferred to Evin Prison’s Clinic

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Mozafari, political prisoner of Evin prison, has been transferred to clinic because of the stress.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Mozafari, prisoner of ward number 8 of Evin prison experienced severe blood pressure drop due to stress, and was transferred to clinic on Wednesday, July 1.
According to a close source to this political prisoner, he was complaining regarding the lack of medical treatment and sever physical condition since long time ago, but yet there was no response from the prison officials.
The status of this political prisoner and reason of the arrest, despite ending the interrogations and not having trial is still unknown.
Mohammad Mozafari is 27 years old and the resident of Khavaran, a district in South of Tehran. His occupation was in art and culture related subjects. He was a supporter of The Mothers of Laleh Park Campaign. He is also a member of National Front party.
According to HRANA, Ward number 8 is one the worst wards in Evin prison, where political prisoners are kept with criminal and even dangerous prisoners.
