HRANA News Agency – Census Bureau does not issue identity papers for a 50 days old child because they say that his name is unallowable.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Tehran’s Office of Civil Registration in several stages that the last of which was “The decision of the County Council Committee for Name” objected to register “Alp Orhan” For a child within the past 50 days.
Firouz Yousefi, the father of the child has followed several administrative and legal proceedings so far to record his child’s identity in the last 50 days but none of them have got over.
It is known that the Census Bureau agrees only with the Names based on the criteria by which they are authorized.
“Alp Orhan” in Azeri language means “victorious commander and governor”.
