HRANA News Agency – According to the warning issued by the executive branch number one from Evin court of area 33 of Tehran, Masoud Oliyaeifar, is mandated to summit Payman Aref to the judiciary. In this warning it is stated that if Payman Aref will not be summited, the bail will be seized as the property of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), this warning has been issued while Payman Aref has announced that he has departed the country to continue his studies.

Payman Aref told HRANA’s reporter, “I departed Iran, because I am excluded from education and I intend to go back to Iran after finishing my studies and issuing such a warning by the judiciary is not fair”.

The one-year-in prison sentence of Payman Aref was confirmed by branch 36 of the appeal court last month. Prior to that, judge Moghiseh had sentenced Payman Aref on charge of propaganda against the regime to one year in prison in June 2014.

Payman Aref, the expelled student of PhD in Tarbiyat Modares University in political Science major, and the member of national front party, had been arrested five times after the 2009 presidential elections, and has spent more than 2 years in prison.
