HRANA News Agency – Mohammadreza (Maysam) Hosseini, the political prisoner, is released from Bandar Abbas prison, after serving his sentence.
 
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammadreza Hosseini align with Hassan Javani were arrested on October 2011.
 
This 22 year old political prisoner who was passing his military compulsory service when he got arrested, had been sentenced to two years of exile and prison in Bandar Abbas prison, on charge of collusion, threatening national security and supporting one of conflicting groups, by judge Pirabbasi, in branch 26 of Tehran revolutionary court. This sentence was confirmed by the appeal court.
 
After confirmation of sentence by the appeal court, he had been transferred from ward 350 of Evin prison to Bandar Abbas prison, and after serving his sentence, he was released this week.
 
Need to be mentioned, Hassan Javani who was charged with a similar allegation, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison and exile, by the same court, and is currently serving his sentence in security ward of central prison of Bandar Abbas.
