HRANA News Agency – Shamim Rohani, the Baha’i resident of Ahwaz, was arrested on Tuesday by security guards.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on Tuesday 5th of November, intelligence agents of Ahwaz went to the home of a Baha’i citizen called Shamim Rohani, searched the house and confiscated religious books, personal documents, as well as his cell phone and personal computer, also a number of Baha’i s were arrested in his home.

All of these people except Shamim Rohani are freed on 8th of November, but there is no information about Shamim Rohani yet.

Notably, Mina Rohani (Karimi) Shamim’s wife has been summoned and interrogated couple of times.
