3 Activists Imprisoned In Khoy
HRANA News Agency – By applying the imprisonment sentences of “Amin Hajilu”, “Araz Khasehtarash” and “Islam Ali Akbarlou”, these three civil rights activists were transferred to Khoy prison, to endure their one month imprisonment.
According to the sources of HRANA, Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran, these three Turkish (Azeri) activists were detained in February last year in connection with the commemoration of “International Day of native language” and by the Revolutionary Court of Khoy, each of them was sentenced to three months imprisonment, which was reduced to one month imprisonment by the appeal court. Kamal Sharifi Deprived Of Having Furlough
HRANA News Agency – Kamal Sharifi, a journalist and political activist in Minab prison is in his eighth year of imprisonment while being deprived of furlough and having visited his familz just once so far.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Kamal Sharifi, a journalist and political activist, born in October 1972, is spending his 30 years imprisonment sentence in exile, in Minab prison, while in all these years he was been deprived of furlough and only once and only after a long hunger strike, has been allowed to meet with his parents. A Report About Hossein Alimohammadi’s Situation In The Central Prison Of Tabriz
HRANA News Agency – Hossein Alimohammadi Alvar, political prisoner, after eight months of detention, is still waiting for judicial proceedings by the Court of Appeal regarding his 10 years imprisonment sentence which has been issued by the Revolutionary Court in Tabriz. He has been deprived of medical appropriate care and treatment despite his eye diseases, in Tabriz prison.

A Refugee From Afghanistan Killed By The Iranian Police
HRANA News Agency – An Afghanistani Young man died in the border region near Chalderan in West Azerbaijan province because of being beaten by the police at the border station in this area. His family by writing a letter demanded the case to be pursued in the courts and the agent or agents responsible to be taken to justice.
