According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), fifty five days ago six Kurdish citizens have been arrested by IRGC forces and the status of three of them is still unknown. Five of these activists, with the names of Reza Ayoubi, Mostafa Sabzi, Esmaeil Akhtari, Naser Badavi and Abdullah Badavi are from Makou city and one, with the name of Rashid Salehi is from Khoy. At least two Diesel –Mules killed by Law Enforcement Forces
HRANA News Agency – During the last two days, two Kurdish Diesel-Mules named “Salar Kalashi” and “Hasan Bani Hileh” were killed by police officers (NAJA) gunshot in Salas Babajani County.

HRANA News Agency – There is no information about the status and condition of Khosro Amini Zadeh, Nase Rahimi and Asghar Kachlani, after one month of being under arrest.

3 Kurdish political prisoners in critical health condition in Mahabad
HRANA News Agency – Mostafa Faghih and Jamal Ghadernejad two political prisoners from Mahabad, are deprived of proper treatment despite physical deterioration.

Saeid Matinpoor came to furlough from Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – Saeid Matinpoor, political prisoner of ward 350 who has been in prison from 5 years ago, for the first time was sent to 3 days leave.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), this political prisoner who was in prison since 11th July 2009 without any leave permissions was sent to 3 days leave on July 27th.
Saeid Matinpoor, on 25th May 2007 was arrested in Zanjan and after 278 days temporary detention he was released in February 2009 on a 500 million Tomans bail from Evin prison. This journalist was tried in a closed session at Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran.
He was charge with holding relationship with foreigners and propaganda against the Regime and sentenced to totally 8 years imprisonment.
November 2008, the appeal court of Tehran also confirmed the 8 years imprisonment sentence for this Azerbaijani activist.
Matinpoor is graduated in philosophy from Tehran University and is a member of editorial board of weekly magazine “Yarpagh”, “Wave of Awakeness” and blogger and civic activist.

HRANA News Agency – Rahim Rashi 66-year-old resident of Mahabad is still imprisoned after five months of detention without trial.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Rahim Rashi, Kurdish civilian resident of Mahabad, was arrested on 20th February by Mahabad security forces and after 15 days in solitary cell, he was taken to general ward in Mahabad city General Prison.
