A Sardashti Kulbar was injured by security forces

HRANA News Agency – A Kulbar from Sardasht with the name of Khalegh Khalehei was injured by being shot by the security forces, and was transferred to hospital on Friday August 29.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Khalegh Khalehei, the Sardashti citizen who is living by Kulbari (Smuggling goods – mainly home appliances – in small quantities and by passing through difficult and harsh mountain roots), was injured on his leg, in Alani Shahr in Sardasht, by being shot without warning of security forces on Friday August 29. Three civil rights activists released from Meshkin Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Three civil right activists who were arrested in Sabalan hillside were released on one hundred million Rials bail from Meshkin Shahr jail.

The physical problems of a political prisoner in prison of Uremia

HRANA News Agency – Moloud Yazdanpanah, political prisoner of central prison of Uremia, who has been sentenced to 15 years in prison, is suffering from shoulder and knee problems, but his need for medical treatment is ignored by authorities.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Moloud Yazdanpanah the son of Taha and the resident of “Toop Zavay Shamat” village, the suburb of Miyando`ab, is serving his 15 years of prison sentence in central prison of Uremia. Journalist Massoud Kordpour returns to prison

HRANA News Agency – On August 25, 2014, Massoud Kordpour returned to Mahabad Prison at the conclusion of his furlough. His request for an extension has been denied.
On November 9, the Revolutionary Court in Mahabad convicted Massoud and Khosro Kordpour on charges of conspiracy and incitement against the Islamic regime. Both brothers are two jailed Iranian journalists and Kurdish activists.
The judge sentenced Massoud to three years in prison on charges of conspiracy and six months for incitement. Likewise, Khosro received five years on charges of conspiracy and one year for incitement. Khosro was exiled to a prison in Tabriz to serve his term.
Currently, Massoud is behind bars in Mahabad Prison, and Khosro is in Tabriz Prison. “Khosro has been denied furlough so far,” a member of the family said. “He is being held with regular inmates.”

Afshin Shahbazi tranferred to Central Prison of Tabriz

HRANA News Agency – Afshin Shahbazi, student activist has been arrested and transferred to Central Prison of Tabriz to serve his sentence.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), he has gone to the revolutionary court of Tabriz on Sunday August 24th where the authorities arrested him and transferred him to the Central Prison of Tabriz to serve his imprisonment sentence. Death Row prisoners family seeking help from Human Rights Organisation

HRANA News Agency – Afshari family is seeking help from Human Rights Organisations to save their children. They have two sons on the death row and the third one sentenced to imprisonment for political activities.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Afshari Family sent a letter to HRANA seeking help and attention of all Human Rights Organisations for their sons Habibolah Afshari, Ali Afshari and Jafar Afshari. Five Arab prisoners were transferred to Karoun prison in Ahwaz

HRANA News Agency – Five Arab people who were arrested on August 10 in Ahwaz have been transferred from intelligence service detention center to Karoun prison in Ahwaz.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Batrani and his two brothers, along with Abbas Savari and Mohammad Sayahi, who were arrested by security forces during visit of the families of political prisoners in Eid-e-Fitr day on August 10, are transferred to Karoun prison after finishing the interrogations process, on August 16.
