Shokoofeh Azar Masoule’s Trial Was Held in Tehran
HRANA News Agency – Shokoofeh Azar Masoule’s trial was held on Wednesday 24th February at branch number 26 of Tehran’s Revolutionary court with chief judge Ahmadzade. This civil rights activist has been deprived of visits during her detention due to the loss of immediate family members and because of not being able to provide the proposed bail; she has remained in prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), her charges have been announced as ”propaganda against the regime” and “gathering and collusion with intention of disruption of the national security”. A Political Prisoner’s Wife Summoned To The Court In Ardabil
HRANA News Agency – Roqiyeh Alizadeh, the wife of Abbas Lesani, imprisoned political and civil activist, was summoned in writing “to give some explanations” to the second branch of the Prosecutor General and Revolutionary Courts in Ardabil city.

After 16 Months Of Detention, Atena Daemi Released On The Bail
HRANA News Agency – Atena Daemi, imprisoned civil rights activist, was released on the bail from Evin prison after sixteen months of detention.

Tahereh Jafari Deprived of Medical Furlough
HRANA News Agency – The Prosecutor’s office have not agreed with the medical furlough of Ms Tahereh Jafari, political prisoner of the women’s ward of Evin prison.

Athena Daemi Transferred To The Clinic Of The Prison
HRANA News Agency – Athena Daemi, imprisoned civil activist, has been transferred to the clinic of Evin prison for two times because of the deteriorating physical condition and high blood pressure and was returned to the ward, after some efforts to lower her blood pressure.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), following high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat and heart palpitations and shortness of breath caused by that, Athena Daemi was transferred to the clinic of Evin prison, as an emergency patient, and after being taken under tongue pearl, was returned to the ward. After the deterioration of her condition and to treat her problem, this civil activist was transferred to the clinic again, and got a sedative injection, and then was returned to the ward. Shokofeh Azar Masooleh Will Be Released On The Bail
HRANA News Agency – There has been a bail order issued for Shokofeh Azar Masooleh, civil activist, detained in Evin prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), for this civil activist a bail with the amount of 40 million tomans was issued. HRANA News Agency – Maryam Akbari Monfared, political prisoner in women’s ward of Evin prison was transferred to the hospital due to her different diseases that she is suffering from.

HRANA News Agency – Atena Daemi’s case is still pending and despite the referral to branch number 36 of the appeal court, due to insufficiency of judges, this case has not been processed yet.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the case status of Atena Daemi, the imprisoned civil rights activist of Evin prison is still pending. Her family has been told by branch number 36 of the appeal court that the presence of at least three judges is required and due to availability of two judges, this case has not been processed yet.
