Heshmatollah Tabarzadi Released on the Bail

HRANA News Agency – Heshmatollah Tabarzadi, political activist was released on a bail of 2000 million IRR from Evin prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Heshmatollah Tabarzadi was released on a bail of 2000 million IRRs from Evin prison.
A close source to Mr. Tabarzadi confirmed this news and told HRANA’s reporter, “He is charged with collusion and propaganda against the regime and was released until his court session will be held”.
Need to be mentioned that Heshmatollah Tabarzadi was arrested on Tuesday, May 17 and was transferred to Evin prison. His case is being processed in branch number 26 of the revolutionary court of Tehran.
Mr. Tabarzadi attended the court hearing which took 2 hours in branch number 2 of Shahid Moghadas court.
Earlier, on “Charshanbeh Souri”, a summon letter was sent to Mr. Tabarzadi’s home by the Evin Court that he refused to take it and the summon officers had announced that he was not at home.
It is to say that Mr. Tabarzadi was released after nearly five and a half years imprisonment by applying Article 134 and integration of charges, from Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj on June 30, 2015.
Hashmatullah Tabarzadi is the Secretary of the Democratic Front of Iran and he has a number of arrests and more than 10 years imprisonment in his case. He was arrested at noon on December 28, 2008 and was sentenced to 9 years imprisonment.
This journalist had been previously the director of some publications such as “Payame Daneshjo”, “Nedaye Daneshjo”, “Hoviate Khish” and “Gozareshe Rooz”.
