“Masoume Zia” transferred to IRGC Intelligence Ward at Evin

HRANA News Agency – “Masoumeh Zia” who was arrested in the gathering of “Erfan-e-Halgheh” Faith(Interuniversalism) followers, was transferred to Ward  2-A (supervised by the Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution Intelligent Services) at Evin Prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA),Masoumeh Zia was previously arrested on the charge of participating in the Women’s gathering  at “Haft-e-Tir” Square on 12 June, 2006.  After she attended the “Erfan-e-Halgheh” faith (Interuniversalism) gathering in protest to the arrest of Mohamad Ali Taheri in front of the Islamic Revolutionary Court, she was arrested and transferred to Ward 2-A (IRGC) at Evin Prison. Four followers of “Erfan-e-Halgheh” kept under arrest

HRANA News Agency – After the mass arrests of “Erfan-e-Halgheh” followers, “Masoume Zia”, “Narges Farhadi”, “Malihe Biganian” and “Iraj Amidi” are still under arrest.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), after followers of “Erfan-e-Halgheh” faith (Interuniversalism) attended a gathering in protest to the arrest of Mohamad Ali Taheri in front of the Islamic Revolutionary Court, 70 of these followers were arrested by the security forces.  All of these citizens are now released after signing affidavits apart from Masoume Zia”, “Narges Farhadi”, “Malihe Biganian” and “Iraj Amidi”. “Erfan-e-Halgheh” followers arrested at the Revolutionary Court

HRANA News Agency – Several followers of “Erfan-e-Halgheh” faith (Interuniversalism) who intended to attend a gathering in front of the Islamic Revolutionary Court were arrested by the security forces.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on Wednesday  8 October, 2014  several followers of “Erfan-e-Halgheh” faith ( Interuniversalism) who intended to attend a gathering in front of the Islamic Revolutionary Court located at “Moalem” Avenue were arrested by the security forces. These citizens were arrested at early hours of the morning, before they could attend any gathering as soon as they arrived at the location. Security forces threatened a Kurdish family in Dehgolan

HRANA News Agency – The intelligence service has investigated the house of Mohammad Hossain Panahi and threatened the people inside the house.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), intelligence forces with cooperation of Basij headquarter of Gharv-Chay village, the suburbe area of Dehgholan, rushed in Mohammad Hossain Panahi’s house and investigated the house for long time and threatened the family. Conflicts between people and the police in Chabahar

HRANA News Agency – After a young man was beaten in traffic police shelter in Chabahar market, people clashed with police and the conflict lasted for an hour.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), in the early evening of Monday 22nd September, in the police Shelter at Chabahar Market (Imam Khomeini Street), traffic police of Chabahar severely beat a young motorcyclist named “Shakeel Qaderi” after a cash fine. A journalist was tried in Shoshtar

HRANA New Agency – Mustafa Fathizadeh, a journalist of “Peyke Shoshtar”, a news website, attended Shoshtar General Prosecutor’s Office  and was tried following complaints by a member of city council.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), after Mustafa Fathizadeh’s report about abusing journalists’ society by Siamak Mehdipour, an alternate member of Shoshtar city council, attended branch number 2 of General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office with charged of libel and defamation due to Siamak Mehdipour complaints. “Happy” case suspects received their verdicts

HRANA News Agency – After reviewing the evidence and the trail of the so called “Happy” case suspects, Judge Heydari sentenced the six  defendants to imprisonment between 6 months to 1 year and lashes.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the hearing for so called “Happy” case and investigation on the defendants’ accusations took place on 9 September, 2014 in which Judge Heydari reached verdicts for all six suspects. According to these verdicts, “Reyhaneh Taravati” has received a 1 year imprisonment and other  members of this group ( “Sasan Soleymani”,  “Neda Motmeni”, “Afshin Sohrabi” , “Bardia Moradi” “Raham Shamekhi” and “Sepideh”) have received 6 months imprisonment and 91 lashes. 4 political activists still under detention of IRGC

HRANA News Agency – Arash Sadeghi, Golrokh Iraei, Atena Farqdani and Omid Alishnas are still undecided kept in detention in Evin Prison, in ward 2-A of IRGC.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Arash Sadeghi and his wife, Golrokh Iraei along with two of his friends were arrested at their workplace on September 6th.

A journalist summoned to court in Shoshtar

Mohammadreza Poor Shajari is deprived of receiving passport

HRANA News Agency – Mohammadreza Poor Shajari known as Siyamak Mehr, the blogger who has been released recently after serving 4 years in prison, is deprived of having a passport.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammadreza Poor Shajari, 52, blogger, had been released after serving 4 years from central prison of Karaj on August 23. Due to the fact that some of his relatives are living abroad, he had applied to get his passport several times, but still authorities evade and do not give him passport.
