16 Prisoners In Urmia Prison Receive Imprisonment Sentences
HRANA News Agency – The court verdicts for 16 civilians, who were arrested in the city of Urmia with political and security charges, were issued.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), in February 2015, branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court in Urmia issued the court verdict for 15 prisoners who were arrested between June and July 2014. A Prominent Iranian Producer Is Being Held at Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – Mostafa Azizi, prominent television producer and author, was arrested on February 1st, 2015 and is currently being held at the Evin prison. Sources indicate that Azizi was placed in solitary confinement shortly after his arrest.

A Civilian Died in Police Custody in Isfahan
HRANA News Agency – Mohsen Maleki, Esfahani citizen who was arrested in connection with the “Wednesday Celebration” (Chaharshanbeh Soori), vaguely died in the custody of the police station No 16 in Esfahan, and his family claim that signs of torture were observed on his body.

Pressures Grow on Political Prisoners in Urmia Prison
HRANA News Agency – The pressure on political prisoners in central prison of Urmia (Darya) has increased and officials have not kept their promise which they gave to prisoners in order to end their hunger strike.
