HRANA News Agency – Female prisoners in the women’s ward of Evin prison, held a ceremony on the occasion of “December 10, Human Rights Day”.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRNA), during the meeting, in order Atena Daemi, Maryam Naghash Zargaran, Mahvash Shahriari, Fahimeh Erafi, Setodeh Fazel, Maryam Akbari Monfared, Fatemeh Mosana, Golrokh Irai, Fariba Kamal Abadi, Mahin Izadi, Reyhaneh Tabatabaie, Ameneh Jaberi and Narges Mohammadi spoke and discussed the issues of human rights. Aaliyah Motalebzadeh Released on the Bail

HRANA News Agency – On December 19, Aaliyah Motalebzadeh was released from Evin prison on the bail.

Female Supporters of Mohammad Ali Taheri Beaten and Charged in Evin Court

HRANA News Agency – On December 13, a group of female supporters of Mohammad Ali Taheri, were arrested after voluntarily submitting themselves to Evin prison for three times and were charged with “disturbing public order”. They protested against their charges and exile after being transferred to the prison in Rey (Gharchak) and were beaten by the prison officers.

Fatemeh Musana’s Children at the Brink of Homelessness

HRANA News Agency – Fatemeh Musana, a former political prisoner in the 1980s, was arrested in 2012 again and along with her husband they were sentenced to 15 years imprisonment. His three brothers were executed in the 1980s and while she was only 13 years old, she in the prison along with her mother for 2 and 4 years in the first decade of the Islamic Republic. Fatemeh Musana and her husband, Hassan Sadeghi are currently in prison and businesses of Mr. Sadeghi and their house is being confiscated, which will cut off the source of their income as well as their elderly mother’s and the teenager children’s income and take away their shelter.

Atena Daemi’s Family Summoned to Evin Court

HRANA News Agency – On December 27, as a part of the new case against Atena Daemi, imprisoned human rights activist in Evin prison, three members of her family, including her two sisters and her sister’s husband, were summoned to Shahid Moghadas Court in Evin Prison. In the warrant “the report of enforcement against you” was mentioned as the reason of being summoned.

HRANA News Agency – Atena Daemi, imprisoned human rights activist was charged at Shahid Moghadas court in Evin prison on December 19 because of being sued by IRGC officers.

Maryam Naghash Zargaran Returned to Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – On December 6, Maryam (Nasim) Naghash Zargaran, Christian convert returned to Evin prison by the end of her furlough and also 42 days has been added to her sentence because of her “absence”.
