According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), a number of political prisoners who are serving imprisonment along with those convicted of drug and violent crimes have repeatedly been beaten by them in addition to the overcrowding hygienic condition. HRANA News Agency – Atena Daemi’s case is still pending and despite the referral to branch number 36 of the appeal court, due to insufficiency of judges, this case has not been processed yet.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the case status of Atena Daemi, the imprisoned civil rights activist of Evin prison is still pending. Her family has been told by branch number 36 of the appeal court that the presence of at least three judges is required and due to availability of two judges, this case has not been processed yet. At Least One Prisoner Executed In Hamadan Prison
HRANA News Agency – At least one prisoner was executed by hanging in Hamadan on Wednesday. It is said that the number of the executed prisoners is higher than one.

HRANA News Agency – The Department of Statistics and Publications of the Human Rights Activists Association of Iran has published the following monthly report on the human rights situation in Iran during the period of November-December, 2015 (Persian calendar month of Azar, 1394). This report cannot perfectly and comprehensively reflect the details of human rights concerns in Iran for obvious reasons including the existing governmental limitations and ban on the free exchange of information. It should be noted that in addition to the monthly reports, the Department of Statistics and Publications of the Human Rights Activists Association of Iran publishes a comprehensive and analytical annual report at the end of each year. Final Trial Of The Gorgan Bahais
HRANA News Agency – On December 27, 2015, the Revolutionary Court in Gorgan, in Iran’s Golestan Province, held the eighth and last in a series of trials of the Bahais who were arrested in the Province in October, 2012, and later released on bail.
