HRANA News Agency – 18 civil right activists were tried in branch number 1060 of criminal court of Tehran, by judge Taha Dehghani, and charged with disturbing the public order. Most of these civil rights activists were arrested in front of Evin prison in a peaceful protest, on Saturday, November 21, 2015.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Simin Ayvaz Zadeh, Reza Malek, Hashem Zaynali, Ehsan Khaybar, Adel Arouji, Mohsen Haseli, Mohsen Haseli, Mohsen Shoja, Khadijeh (Layla) Mirghaffari, Azam Najafi, Parvin Salimi, Shermin Yamani and Sarah Saei are some of the activists who have been tried and are waiting for the court verdict which is expected to be issued in few days. Zartosht Ahmadi Ragheb Will Be Tried In Tehran In March
HRANA News Agency – The trial of the second case of Zartosht (Ismail) Ahmadi Ragheb, civil activist, will be held at Branch 1044 of the Judicial Center of “Shahid Ghodosi”, on 8th March. He was charged with “disturbing public order” because of taking part in a peaceful civil gathering.

Amir Khorram Released From Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – Amir Khorram, political activist and member of the central council of “Iran Freedom Movement”, was released from ward 350 of Evin prison.

Pouria Ibrahimi Released On The Bail
HRANA News Agency – Pouria Ibrahimi, civil rights activist was released on the bail, after 8 months in detention. Mr. Ibrahimi was arrested on June 9, and charged with propaganda against the regime and collusion and acts against the national security.

2 Erfan-e-Halgheh Activists Arrested In Mashhad
HRANA News Agency – Two Erfan Halghe activists and supporters have been arrested in Mashhad. One of the activist was summoned to the judiciary and one of prisoners, also was sentenced to six months in prison in a new case.

Mohammad Najafi Summoned To The Court In Shazand
HRANA News Agency – The first branch of the General and Revolutionary Courts of Shazand of Markazi province has summoned lawyer Mohammad Najafi. In the summons the charge of Mr. Najafi has listed as “disturbing the public opinion” and he must attend the hearing within five days of receiving the summons.

Zartosht Ahmadi Ragheb’s Trial Session Postponed
HRANA News Agency – The court session of Zartosht (Esmaeil) Ahmadi Ragheb, civil rights activist was postponed by his request, to February.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Moghimi, his lawyer said that the court session was scheduled to be held on January 19 in branch number one of Shahriyar revolutionary court, but due to defender’s request and acceptance of the judge, it was postponed to February 16. A Poet Sentenced To Imprisonment In Kashan
HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Mahdavifar, poet from Aran Bidgol has been sentenced to a year and a half in prison in the primary court.

The Forensic Confirmed Mohammad Saeed Hosseinzadeh’s Disability Of Serving Imprisonment
HRANA News Agency – The Forensic in Evin Prison has confirmed Saeed Hosseinzadeh’s inability of serving the imprisonment. The imprisoned civil rights activist should be sent to “Imam Khomeini” hospital for tests and final approval which so far has not been done.
