HRANA News Agency – Branch number 2 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court in Tabriz issued a verdict in the case of three civil activists named Rasul Razavi, Hossein Rakhshanikia and Sevindik Lotfi, on charges of “propaganda against the Islamic Republic of Iran” and “disturbing public opinion” and sentenced each of them to one year imprisonment.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Imani, chairman of the second branch of the Revolutionary Court in Tabriz, issued a verdict on 21 September and on the charge of “propaganda against the Islamic Republic of Iran” suspended six months of their imprisonment for two years, and on the charge of “disturbing public opinion” on the basis of Article 301 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on the lack of jurisdiction, postponed the trial. A Man Set Himself In Fire And Died In Malekan
HRANA News Agency – A citizen of Malekan who had committed self-immolation in front of the city Justice Office, died and his funeral and burial was held in the presence of security forces.

HRANA News Agency – Hossein Jandaghian and Siamak Molamohammadi, two students who had been arrested in Tehran and Karaj, were released on the bail.

A Man Burned Himself And Died In Ramshir Of Khuzestan
HRANA News Agency – A civilian in Ramshir city of Khuzestan province fired a person who was considered to be responsible for his dismissal and himself, inside the trade union building of Ramshir as a protest for being fired from work.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Omid Rashedi, 36, an accountant in trade union of Ramshir in Khuzestan, committed self-immolation for being fired from the work inside the building on Wednesday September 23. Human Rights Situation in Iran – Annual Report 1393 (Persian Calendar)
The Department of Statistics and Publications of the Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRAI) of Iran has published its sixth annual report on the human rights situation in Iran. This report concerns the events and human rights incidents occurred in Iran over the course of one-year period (2014-2015). These reports have been collected by the HRAI reporters and associated organizations in addition to the reports published by the state media, unofficial media, and international resources. This report highlights some of the most important human rights incidents in Iran in 2014, which could be useful for the human rights activists and researchers. The names of the executed political prisoners or those awaiting the execution decree as well as arrested individuals in different categories are also included in this report.
Behnam Ibrahimzadeh Deprived Of Proper Medical Treatment
HRANA News Agency – The arthritis of the neck is a disease that Behnam Ibrahimzadeh, the labour activist and political prisoner, was diagnosed with during his imprisonment. It has caused a distance between the fifth and sixth vertebrae in his neck, however he is deprived of medical furlough and permission for being transferred to a hospital.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Behnam Ibrahimzadeh, labour activist and political prisoner of Rajaei Shahr prison, who has been diagnosed with arthritic of neck during his imprisonment, faces a problem on the fifth and sixth vertebrae on his neck due to the pressures during the imprisonment and lack of proper medical treatment, and in contrary with recommendation of the physician for surgery, the permission for being transferred to a hospital is not being given to him.
