HRANA News Agency – Two Arab political activists have been sentenced to 6 years in prison, in branch number 3 of the revolutionary court of Ahwaz, by chief judge Barani.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Ali Siyahi (son of Ghanem and 29 years old) and inhabitant of Hamidiyeh town and Emad Manabi (son of Sobhan and 37 years old), married and have one children, both went to trial, in branch three of the revolutionary court of Ahwaz, on charge of acting against national security. HRANA News Agency – Intelligence and security forces rushed into the house of families of political prisoners who were beaten on black Thursday, and threatened them and arrested some of them, on Friday, April 26th.

8 prisoners hanged in Kermanshah
HRANA News Agency – 8 prisoners have been hanged on charges of drug trafficking and murder in the Diesel Abad prison in Kermanshah during last week.

Five more Sunni preachers arrested in Mahabad
HRANA News Agency – Five men who were active in preaching Sunni Islam were arrested on 18 February 2014 in their homes in Mahabad, West Azerbaijan province. The news follows the arrest of five other Sunni preachers last week in Bukan, West Azerbaijan province.
