HRANA News Agency – The appeal court reduced the sentences of three Sunni prisoner in Rajaei Shahr prison, to 12 years in prison. These prisoners who had previously been sentenced to death, were sentenced to 15 years in prison after the supreme court reject the sentence, and their retrial.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the sentence of 15 years in prison of three Sunni prisoners of Rajaei Shahr with the names of Taymoor Naderizadeh, Farshid Naseri and Farzad Shahnazari, who are being kept in hall number 21 in ward 7, were reduced to 12 years in prison in the appeal court. HRANA News Agency – Sunni prisoners of Rajaei Shahr are being kept in very bad conditions. However, these conditions could become even worse if they would be transferred to their previous hall and new pressures could be imposed on them.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Sunni prisoners in hall number 21 of section 7 in Rajaei Shahr prison of Karaj, are being kept in very bad conditions. However, there are concerns that they would be transferred to hall number 10 of ward number 4, which is the place that the executed prisoners were being kept, and consequently they would face new level of pressure by security authorities. HRANA News Agency – Sunni scholars including Kak Hassan Amini, the religious judge of Kurdistan and Mollana Gargij, one of the Sunni leaders of Iran and also a group of activists called on Foad Rezazadeh, Sunni prisoners in Rajai Shahr prison to end his hunger strike. Mr. Rezazadeh was sent to the hospital in coma on December 11, and on the evening of the same day despite physical ailments he was returned to prison. At the same time, prison officials promised him to follow-up his demands at a meeting with him.

HRANA News Agency – Solaiman Pairoti, Sunni prisoner in Rajae Shahr prison in Karaj was hospitalized in hospital due to the second heart attack on November 19, 2016. The agents who were responsible for his protecting had introduced the prisoner who was tied to the bed by handcuffs and shackles, as a “dirty Daesh” to people at the hospital and beat him. He is in a critical condition and the second heart attack has paralyzed half of his body in Rajae Shahr prison in Karaj.
