3 Christians under Detention in Rasht

HRANA News Agency – Three Christians from Rasht, named Yasser Mosayyibzadeh, Saheb Fadaei and Mohammad Wafadar, are still held in the custody of security forces despite a bail of 1 billion IRR has been determined for them to be released on.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), in the raid by the Ministry of Intelligence agents to a church in Rasht city, Reverent Yousef Nadarkhani along with his wife, Fatemeh Pasandideh (Tina) and 3 other Christians were arrested in a ceremony on 14th May. No Information about Bagher Gholami Since Being Arrested on March 6th

HRANA News Agency – Bagher Gholami (Naami) Arab citizen who had converted from Shi’ism to Sunnism and had been active to promote that, has been in the Ministry of Intelligence detention in Ahvaz since March 6th. There is no information about his fate so far.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran, Bagher Gholami (Naami), son of Isaac, born on December 4, 1980, married and father of two, has been arrested by the Ministry of Intelligence agents in Ahvaz, on March 6th. Intelligence Ministry Do not Give Hossain Saketi Taremsari’s Money and Documents back after Being Released

HRANA News Agency – Hossain Saketi Taremsari, known as Stephan, a new converted to Christianity who was released after serving more than one year in prison for preaching Christianity, is still not able get back a considerable amount of money and his identity documents. The only response that he has received is “you’ll receive them when you become a human”.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hossain Saketi Taremsari had been arrested by the intelligence service of Bojnord on July 22, 2013 in Golestan forests. First he was transferred to intelligence service of Jajarm and then Bojnord in Northern Khorasan province. After 15 days in solitary confinement, he was charged with disturbing public order by preaching Christianity, and his case was processed in Aligoodarz court in Alborz province. Maryam Naghash Zargaran in Critical Health Condition in Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Maryam (Nasim) Naghash Zargaran, political prisoner of women’s ward of Evin prison has constant dizziness and pain in her ear. The doctors in prison’s clinic told her after primary treatment that she should not move her head for two weeks, and if the condition remained the same, she had to undergo a surgery. This is while the prosecutor is rejecting the request for medical furlough.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), despite the critical condition of Maryam (Nasim) Naghash Zargaran, imprisoned Christion in women’s ward of Evin prison, her transfer to a medical center outside of prison is being prevented. 5 Christians Arrested in Rasht

HRANA News Agency – On May 13, 2016, at least five Christians were arrested, including Pastor Yousef Nadarkhani in Rasht. Three of them are still in custody.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), On May 13, 2016, Pastor Yousef Nadarkhani and his wife Fatemeh Pasandideh (Tina) and three other new Christian converts were arrested at the church in Rasht by the raid of the intelligence agents. 27 Death Row Sunni Prisoners in Imminent Danger of Execution

HRANA News Agency – The warden of ward 4 in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, has attended Hall 10 of this ward and has told the death row Sunni prisoners that their sentences had been referred to the executive office and  the risk of their execution is very high, if they were seeking forgiveness, they should write their letters soon.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the warden of ward four of the Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, Mr. Shojaee, has gone to Hall 10 of this prison, where there are 27 Sunni prisoners, with confirmed death sentences, and announced that all their verdicts had been referred to the executive office and the risk of their execution was very high on Saturday 30th April. He has told them: “If you are seeking forgiveness, you should write the requests soon. The 3rd Anniversary of Nikmard Taheri’s Self-Immolation Held on his Tomb

HRANA News Agency – The third anniversary of “Nikmard Taheri”, Yarsany citizen’s self-immolation in protest against the desecration of one of his fellows, was held with attendance of hundreds of Yarsan followers on his tomb. This ceremony was held with reaffirming the demand for recognition of this religion by the audience.

Mohammad Akrami Pour Sentenced to 15 Years in Prison

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Akrami Pour, Sunni prisoner in Rajae Shahr prison in Karaj was sentenced to 15 years in prison after 29 months of uncertainty by branch 28 of Tehran’s revolutionary court without a lawyer.

Fariba Kamalabadi Begins Five-Day Prison Furlough

HRANA News Agency – Fariba Kamalabadi one of the seven “Yaran” (National facilitators for the Bahai community) who are serving ten-year prison sentences as prisoners of conscience, has been granted a five-day leave from prison following the birth of her grandchild.

Shahram Ahmadi; The 7th Year of Imprisonment on Death Row

HRANA News Agency – Shahram Ahmadi, Sunni prisoner in Rajai Shahr prison, who has been held in different prisons since 2009 and has been faced misbehaviors, is starting his eighth year of imprisonment, while he is in death raw on charge of “Muharebeh”. This report is a diary of this prisoner’s 7 years of imprisonment.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Shahram Ahmadi was shot several times by the security forces without any warning, when he was returning back from mosque in Sanandaj, and security agents arrested him after being punched and kicked and they broke his nose, on 26th April 2009. When Shahram Ahmadi woke up in the hospital, he realized that the doctors had already removed one of his kidneys and a part of his bowel. This prisoner for several months was interrogated under torture in the solitary confinement in the Ministry of Intelligence in Sanandaj and Zanjan.
